Thomson Reuters New and Improved Sign-in Experience

by | Oct 19, 2023

We are pleased to announce Thomson Reuters is implementing a new and improved sign-in experience. The following updates were created to enhance security and make it more accessible to active users. The following programs this change will affect are Ultra Tax CS, the CS Professional Suite, Virtual Office CS, Software-as-a-service (SaaS), GoFileRoom, AdvanceFlow, Checkpoint Engage, and NetClient CS.

The changes you can expect from the upcoming update on November 3, 2023:

  • Enhanced Two-Factor Authentication: To increase security, they are implementing more options for our two-factor authentication system. The new two-factor authentication system has several options to choose from including biometric authenticators such as face-id or thumbprints. The preferred method of two-factor authentication is Auth0 which is available on the App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Simplified Sign-In Experience: The team at Thomson Reuters is streamlining the sign-in process, so you only need one account to access all your products. Any further email notification from Thomson Reuters will originate from the address: access.infothomsonereuters.com.
  • Heightened Security: Two-factor authentication is now a mandatory precaution for all Thomson Reuters users. With this higher security, Thomson Reuters no longer requires you to change your password after 90 days. Thomson Reuters has also suspended the use of their Authenticator cards in favor of two-factor authentication.

The sign-in page will look different but will function the same way. Please check out this  video which showcases the new experience!
