Executive Assistant

Position Summary

The Executive Assistant is responsible for communicating with our clients and supporting the shareholders and staff on a daily basis.

Major responsibilities include –

  • Provide superior support to our visitors and clients both in person and on the phone and via email
  • Promptly attend to incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Accurately process tax returns, financial statements and other client deliverables
  • Ability to multi-task and work with various software systems
  • Desire to learn software applications and perform majority of work using technology
  • Accurately upload client documents to the website
  • Schedule appointments & maintain shareholder’s calendars
  • Providing general clerical support for the office such as copying, faxing, filing and other duties as needed

Compensation

This is an hourly position and offers free access to on-site state-of-the art fitness center.

Education and Qualifications

Education –

  • High school or equivalent required
  • Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical skills preferred

Qualifications –

  • Minimum of two years administrative experience, preferably at a CPA firm
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Team player and works well with others
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Must maintain client confidentiality
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to react in a professional manner
  • Marketing and creative experience would be a plus
