Position Summary
The Executive Assistant is responsible for communicating with our clients and supporting the shareholders and staff on a daily basis.
Major responsibilities include –
- Provide superior support to our visitors and clients both in person and on the phone and via email
- Promptly attend to incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Accurately process tax returns, financial statements and other client deliverables
- Ability to multi-task and work with various software systems
- Desire to learn software applications and perform majority of work using technology
- Accurately upload client documents to the website
- Schedule appointments & maintain shareholder’s calendars
- Providing general clerical support for the office such as copying, faxing, filing and other duties as needed
Compensation
This is an hourly position and offers free access to on-site state-of-the art fitness center.
Education and Qualifications
Education –
- High school or equivalent required
- Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical skills preferred
Qualifications –
- Minimum of two years administrative experience, preferably at a CPA firm
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Team player and works well with others
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Strong sense of urgency
- Must maintain client confidentiality
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to react in a professional manner
- Marketing and creative experience would be a plus
